Growth Revenue Manager

Department: Growth

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: London

Description

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager who is excited to join a fast-growing company and take a leading role in shaping our UK growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, close-knit team and play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive new business in a market that's still being defined.

The focus of this role is not purely marketing. We need someone with a strategic mindset who can take a first-principles approach to solving challenges and identifying growth opportunities. We know what works in other markets, but in the UK, you'll have the freedom to experiment, challenge assumptions, and own the outcome. The overarching goal? Bring more prospects into the fold. How you achieve that is up to you.

Currently, our growth strategy includes community building, partnerships, and event activation-but we're not precious about this approach. We want someone who can critically evaluate what works, develop a strategy from the ground up, and take ownership of results.

About You

  • Strategic thinker with experience in growth strategies and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of key growth channels such as partnerships, community engagement, and events.
  • A creative and non-traditional approach to solving problems-able to think outside of conventional marketing tactics.
  • Experience with first-principles thinking to break down challenges and devise solutions suited to the UK market.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads, build strong pipelines, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to work in a role that is not rigidly defined.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with executives and leaders of listed companies.
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to experiment with different tactics to find what works.

Attention to detail will be critical in this role. Please include in your cover letter a creative or non-traditional growth hack you would use to generate new conversations with CEOs and Board members of listed companies. Avoid strategies that focus on content marketing, email marketing, partnerships or paid advertising.

The Journey

Within 3 months

  • Gain a deep understanding of the InvestorHub product, business model, and UK market landscape.

  • Identify quick wins and start testing different growth strategies.

Within 6 months

  • Establish and own an end-to-end growth strategy that drives a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Implement new initiatives based on your critical analysis of what will work best in the UK market.
  • Own event activation and partnership strategies, while exploring new avenues for revenue growth.

Long term

  • As InvestorHub grows, you'll have the opportunity to shape your own career path within the company, contributing not just to the UK market, but potentially expanding your influence into other regions or areas of the business.

Benefits

  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Generous stock options for employees at all levels.
  • Weekly lunches, monthly team nights out, quarterly team events and an annual 2-day off-sites.
  • Annual trip to our head office in Melbourne, Australia.
