Growth Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Reporting to the CMO you will be responsible for the new business growth marketing activities for our suite of products. You will be responsible for executing the growth marketing strategy across paid and organic media, with a global reach. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the sales team will contribute to your success, by driving new business activity which ultimately contributes to increased sales. A key element of this role is to ensure automation and data integrity where possible, which you will do via Salesforce.

In this role the successful candidate will:

  • Plan and develop marketing & communication campaigns to increase brand awareness.

  • Analyse and present key data, making recommendations through the use of internal tools and data captured.Manage and develop the Marketing Assistant, as well as providing support and guidance to the wider marketing team.
  • Collaborate with and link the Sales & Marketing teams closely to support business growth.
  • Act as lead contact for marketing tools and subscriptions.
    Assisting Sales Consultants to complete tender/request for information documents.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will:

  • Have proven experience in B2B marketing, including digital and social media.
  • Be collaborative and able to manage stakeholder relationships across all areas of the business.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as creative ability.
  • Understand business campaign requirements and able to translate these into first class campaign activities that deliver results.
  • Have an understanding of Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, Honch and Intent Data. (Desirable as you will be the lead contact on these tools.)

  • £35-40,000 pa

  • This is a full time, one year fixed term role working a hybrid model between your home location and our office. You must therefore be able to travel to our Witney (OX28) office 50% of the working week.
