The Growth Marketing Manager will be accountable for (1) External digital marketing to drive awareness and new customer acquisition and (2) Managing the CRM and leveraging the Victor database to build and optimise campaigns that result in stronger relationships with prospects and customers and increase customer loyalty.
We're looking for someone high-octane who enjoys working with an international team. Proactive, creative, and comfortable moving fast. This is a role for a self-starter who sets a strong pace, takes ownership, and thrives with a high level of independence.
Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain and manage the company's CRM software (Salesforce) as the source of truth for customer data, keeping records accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Set up and improve CRM processes so data can be used reliably for campaigns and sales follow-up.
- Managing and implementing Salesforce admin tasks and improvements when requested by the Sales, Operations and Product Teams.
- Manage data hygiene across Salesforce and Braze to ensure the database is clean and campaign-ready.
- Stay up to date with latest CRM news and attend the key Salesforce London events, so that Victor can benefit from the latest industry developments
Marketing Campaign Management
- Analyse customer behaviour and CRM activity to identify high-value customers and priority segments.
- Work with the sales team, Partnership Manager and Content Manager, to plan and execute marketing and customer engagement campaigns across email, WhatsApp and other relevant channels
- Ensure that the above campaigns and any other CRM intiativies are tightly integrated with all other marketing and sales workstreams, in order to maximise commercial impact.
- Work closely with international Sales and Customer Service teams to align on campaigns, response times, and follow-up expectations.
- Build practical audience segments and cohorts for targeted on and offline marketing (e.g. by customer type, region, and sales funnel stage).
- Personalise messaging using audience segments and cohorts
- Track campaign results and continuously improve performance using structured testing and learnings.
- Use Sales feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- Create clear dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Braze to support decision-making and communicate performance.
- Leverage insights, observed data patterns and creativity to suggest new campaigns and commercial opportunities to sales and the wider marketing teams
- Leverage AI to support smart cohort creation and general campaign efficiencies
PPC & GEO
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn and ensure that the strategy and execution is aligned to company goals.
- Own the budgeting phasing for PPC campaigns and optimise annual allocation in real time, subject to factors such as CAC and sales and operational bandwidth.
- Ensure targeting, creative direction, measurement are aligned to sales goals by market.
- Optimise performance through structured testing to increase bookings, grow market share, improve lead quality and reduce CAC.
- Improve visibility in AI-powered search results (GEO), applying insights to content and landing page priorities to lift conversion.
Customer Growth and Retention
- Focus database and PPC marketing campaigns on to acquiring new customers, driving increased customer engagement and rebookings.
- Improve opt-in and preference management so customers receive relevant communications and remain engaged.
- Monitor engagement and drop-off points in the customer journey and feed improvements into messaging and campaigns to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Monitor engagement and drop-off points in the customer journey in order to suggest new product and sales initiatives.
- Partner with Product and Dev to deliver campaign enablement (e.g., messaging setup, tracking, and landing page priorities where relevant).
Performance Reporting
- Track KPIs such as deliverability, channel ROI, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Run post-campaign reviews, share learnings, and turn insights into repeatable best practices.
- Attend weekly marketing and cross department meetings, in order to report on the performance of the database and PPC marketing.
Requirements
Growth mindset & creativity: Demonstrable track record of devising fresh, on-brand creative that drives measurable lift.
Lifecycle & CRM expertise: Hands-on experience with Braze (or equivalent), Salesforce, segmentation, deliverability, and consent best practices.
Experimentation discipline: A/B testing, CRO, and rapid iteration; comfort with ambiguity and hypothesis-led work.
Sales partnership: Proven success building MQL and SQL programmes, implementing SLAs, and jointly reviewing pipeline with Sales.
Analytical rigour: Proficient with GA4/BI, attribution, cohorting, and LTV models..
Organisation & stakeholder management: Highly organised, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills and credibility with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment; a hands-on, "make it happen" attitude.
Interest in and hands-on use of AI tools: Curiosity about AI in marketing, with examples of using it for research, content, analysis, automation, or workflow optimisation.
Nice to have: UHNW/luxury travel familiarity; US and UAE/GCC market understanding; SEO experience.

Working Hours
Core hours are 09:00-18:00.
This is a hybrid position, though during probation we ask for full in-office attendance to support onboarding and collaboration.
