About The Role

As we continue to grow and expand, we're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager based in the UK to lead demand generation efforts and long term growth across both digital and offline channels. In this role, you'll work closely with the commercial team to execute dynamic marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention growth.

You'll have a hands-on role in identifying new channels for activation, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring we meet our growth objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing and commercial teams, focusing on acquisition and retention to drive full-funnel growth.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of both always-on and campaign-specific marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital and (events, partnerships).
  • Performance Marketing: Launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns, including paid social, display, affiliate marketing and SEM, continually improving results.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for SMEs, Enterprises, and partners, in close collaboration with the global lifecycle team. Focus on always-on campaigns to improve engagement and customer loyalty.
  • ABM and Campaign Activation: Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, developing and executing targeted campaigns to generate leads and retain key customers.
  • Digital Activation: Identify, test, and launch new digital growth channels, utilising tools and strategies to optimise lead generation and expand the customer base.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with wider teams to launch new products and solutions.
  • Content and SEO: Partner with the content marketing manager and design team to create and scale performance assets, as well as improve SEO strategies for demand generation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, applying data-driven insights to improve KPIs and ROI.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with other regional teams to leverage insights, share best practices, and implement successful strategies across regions.
  • Budget Management: Develop new marketing budget for testing and launching ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise growth and return on investment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and retention strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, email marketing, and other demand generation platforms.
  • Experience in offline marketing such as organising events, trade shows, or partner activations to drive lead acquisition.
  • Strong ability to track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and reporting on KPIs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams to ensure success.
  • Hands-on experience in managing budgets and maximising marketing ROI.
  • Ability to think creatively and identify new channels or methods to activate growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.

  • Experience working for a global regulated financial services organisation
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and building campaigns tailored to different audience groups.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and tools.
  • Experience working in a scaling business or start up environment.
