Its seamless infrastructure is built on proprietary full-stack technology, combining Electronic Prescription (EPS) and dispensary management (ERP) systems, with multiple APIs to handle the compliance and complexity of this tightly regulated industry. Sharing ownership with its dedicated team and leading private clinicians, Pharmacierge models its culture on the can-do, tech-enabled and empathetic approach pioneered by its founders.
Role Description: In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives and event management. You will lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies, collaborate with various teams, and mentor the Product Marketing Specialist to enhance their skills and effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of our marketing efforts with the company's strategic goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of Pharmacierge. You will report directly to the Head of Practice Support (responsible for B2B Sales and Marketing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events to enhance company visibility and engagement.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and event strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, account management, and onboarding teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing and event efforts.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to the Product Marketing Specialist, helping them develop their marketing skills and knowledge.
- Reporting: Report to the Head of Practice Support on marketing and event performance and ROI, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee tracking against the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and returns.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Continuously seek new and innovative ways to reach and engage our target audience through creative marketing tactics.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role, prior healthcare or healthtech/start-up experience desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan and manage events effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
