Want to kickstart your career at the intersection of healthcare and communications? Ogilvy Health have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. This role would suit a developing professional and offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn the ropes of new business development in a global healthcare agency setting.
In this role you will support the team in organising and managing EMEA Health new business and the Go To Market team, assisting with pitches, connecting global expertise, and helping to utilise client cases and network resources efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Become a Knowledge Hub: Curate a library of essential resources, connecting global teams and ensuring everyone has access to the latest information, pitches, and best practices. Become the go-to person for healthcare comms expertise.
- Drive Winning Pitches: Support the development of compelling pitches, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Connect Globally: Collaborate with teams across EMEA and beyond, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative spirit.
- Master the Business: Gain hands-on experience with the entire new business process, from initial brainstorming to final delivery.
- Help shape Our Narrative: Contribute to updating our core credentials and capabilities, showcasing our expertise to the world.
What You'll Need
Because prescription drug marketing is highly specialised and regulated, it's important that candidates interested in this role have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, relevant regulations, and marketing dynamics within this unique environment.
- You'll have already gained some experience in a healthcare communications agency or marketing role or perhaps you work in pharma
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, regulations, and marketing dynamics
- You'll need to be comfortable interpreting data from different sources and applying your analysis to broader strategic goals
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different locations and functions.
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to impactful campaigns.
