The Role:
The Growth Director at StudioXAG is responsible for driving sustained, strategic, and profitable revenue growth for the business.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on crafting and implementing growth strategies that attract new clients and expand existing client relationships, propelling StudioXAG's reputation and market presence.
You will build, refine, and embed effective processes across business development, account growth, and marketing to align with the company's goals.
With a deep understanding of our creative industry, you'll take charge of growth initiatives, from networking and outreach to commercial negotiations and strategic planning, playing a vital role in shaping our future.

Who exactly are we looking for?
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Director with a proven ability to create and execute effective growth strategies within an agency or creative environment.
You'll need a mix of visionary leadership, practical hands-on business development, and a strong client-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, a collaborative leader, and a commercially driven strategist, able to balance ambitious growth targets with the company's unique creative and values-driven approach.
Requirements
Ideal Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of growth experience in a relevant creative or agency setting (advertising, marketing, or similar).
- Strong track record of generating new business, managing high-value accounts, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and refine sales and marketing processes to support growth.
- Deep industry knowledge, ideally within fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors, with up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics to monitor growth, inform decisions, and optimise sales and marketing efforts.
- Networking & Communication: Exceptional ability to build relationships within the industry and represent StudioXAG with clarity and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively pursue new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry events. Develop proposals and lead pitches to acquire high-value clients aligned with long-term company goals.
- Client Relationship Management & Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing clients through structured account plans that increase loyalty and revenue. Build trust and maintain a consultative approach to ensure ongoing value and alignment with client needs.
- Sales & Marketing Process Optimisation: Create, refine, and embed sales and marketing processes that streamline operations and enhance alignment with company objectives.
- Strategic Planning & Market Positioning: Drive the development of growth strategies informed by industry trends and StudioXAG's performance metrics, maintaining our competitive edge and securing our standing as an industry leader.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and foster a collaborative culture within the Growth and Delivery teams. Empower the team to innovate and take controlled, strategic risks within a supportive environment.
- Brand & Market Development: Build StudioXAG's visibility and recognition within the industry through well-defined marketing strategies and active representation at industry events.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the Sales and Marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and profitability. Monitor growth metrics and regularly update the leadership team on performance.
Benefits
Location:
We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our East London studio in E10 and 2 flexible days. Our
normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.

Salary: DOE. We are flexible for the right person but as a starting point, we're looking at £90k-£100k
