- 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year* - Permanent
- Salary: £ 38,805 - £ 46,416 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Actual Salary: £29,103 - £34,182 per annum (based on TTO working weeks)

We are looking for a highly organised Group Trips and Visits Manager to oversee the coordination, safety, and delivery of all educational visits across the Eastern Education Group. This exciting role leads on both international and domestic trips, including the planning and execution of Turing Scheme-funded placements. You will work closely with Visit Leaders and key internal teams to manage logistics such as travel, accommodation, insurance, and visas, ensuring all trips meet compliance standards and offer students valuable, safe experiences.
In this position, you will deliver targeted training for trip leaders, equipping them to manage overseas travel confidently and in line with policy. A key focus of the role is developing and maintaining robust incident response and escalation protocols, enabling staff to manage issues effectively without needing to escalate unnecessarily. Your planning expertise and understanding of safeguarding and risk will underpin every stage of the process, from the initial proposal through to post-trip evaluation.
We need someone who can make quick, confident decisions across multiple time zones, often under pressure. This role demands independent judgement, proactive thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly when the unexpected occurs.
