This role is key in continuing to develop our business and increase the prominence of the Quality function within the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, as part of a Group Quality in the role you will work collaboratively with Quality teams at factory level, providing support and training on the Rotork wide Quality management system.

The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the development and implementation of the global Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015, development & managing system-based quality processes and data analysis, and consistently enhancing the business's quality performance.

This role would suit an individual who has strong planning, organisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.

Experience Requirements:

• Have experience of managing a quality management system
• Have experience of leading and supporting site audits
• Can demonstrate how the development of Quality KPI's can impact a company
• Must be fully conversant with the requirements of ISO9001 and ideally be a certified lead auditor
