Group Product Manager - Partner Lifecycle

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

Product Management at Deliveroo takes many forms, and involves many facets. We're a consumer-facing brand, with websites and mobile apps which help customers find great quality food which can be brought to them to satisfy their needs any time day or night. We're a logistics company, directing a fleet of drivers around major cities across the globe using a dedicated native app. We're a partner to restaurants and retailers, who see us as a way to unlock access to new customers and thus maximise the revenue of their existing business. And we're a home for numerous internal teams building internally facing tools for Commercial, Marketing, Care, Finance, and others, to keep the operation running effectively.

Life as a product manager can mean working in any or all of these areas, in order to deliver value to customers, drivers, and partners. Day to day, you'll tackle new, interesting business problems, and find innovative, creative ways to solve them. We're seeking brilliant and motivated Product Managers to help us keep moving things forward.

The Team

Our Partner Lifecycle team plays a critical role in enabling our merchants (across restaurant, grocery and retail verticals) to build a successful business on Deliveroo. We do this in two ways. Firstly, we enable our frontline partner-facing teams to be efficient and effective in their interactions with partners such that they deliver a world-class partner experience that helps partners to generate value from their partnership with Deliveroo. Secondly, we enable our partners to help themselves to maximise their performance on the Deliveroo platform through a series of self-serve contact channels such that they can easily find what they need, 24/7.

We operate across all stages of the merchant lifecycle from identifying prospects, acquiring new partners, on-boarding, in-life support and churn avoidance. With the rapid progression of generative and agentic AI, we are at the cutting edge of how we deploy AI-led innovation to improve the partner experience whilst still maintaining the human touch that our frontline commercial teams provide.

As Group Product Manager for Partner Lifecycle, you will lead Deliveroo's Partner Lifecycle strategy in collaboration with your team of 5 Product Managers. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.
