With a turnover exceeding £20 million and a highly motivated team, they are poised for further growth and looking for a Group Operations Director to lead this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 45 staff across overall operations.
- Lead and support supply chain activities.
- Drive operational improvements and oversee the implementation of ERP changes.
- Enhance process efficiency, ensuring the company's service remains fast and reliable.
- Optimise cost controls while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
- Optimise logistics/fleet operations and ensure implementation of lean practices.
- Ensure delivery and compliance of health & safety standards.
- Steering the company operations, through its next phase of expansion.
Requirements
- Senior operations management experience, ideally in a larger organisations with revenues exceeding £20mil.
- Proven track record in product-driven environments with a strong focus on warehousing and logistics. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in the movement, storage, and distribution of physical goods.
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. This role requires a logistics-savvy individual familiar with optimising product flow through warehouse operations.
- Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from a logistics and warehousing perspective, ensuring that storage, handling, and distribution align with product requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvements and ERP system transitions is advantageous.
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.
