As the Group Marketing Manager, you will take charge of our day-to-day marketing functions. Your role will be pivotal in managing a dynamic team and contributing to the development and execution of our marketing vision, aligning with the EEG strategic plan.

In this role, you will step in for the Group Head of Marketing and Brand as needed, ensuring continuity and leadership. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that drive our mission forward. Acting as the central point of contact for all marketing and communications inquiries across departments, you will provide essential support and guidance, ensuring all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with our goals.

You will work with both internal and external suppliers to create impactful marketing materials that support our wider campaigns. Collaboration with the Marketing management team will be key to ensuring our marketing campaigns are integrated across all channels, maximizing their effectiveness and reach.

Partnering with the Events Manager, you will organise high-profile events and exhibitions, ensuring they align with our marketing vision. Be prepared to work outside regular hours during peak recruitment periods to support these crucial events.

Designing and implementing marketing campaigns to support EEG's strategic goals will be a key responsibility. These campaigns will address key community, school, and employer sectors, focusing on reaching and retaining target audiences.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with proven experience in marketing management. You should be skilled in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers will be essential, as will your passion for creating high-impact marketing campaigns and events.

Abbeygate Sixth Form

Abbeygate Sixth Form College is part of the Suffolk Academies Trust, working closely with One Sixth Form College and West Suffolk College. Abbeygate opened in 2019, with a Year 12 cohort only; in September 2020 we moved into our brand new state of the art building, accommodating both Year 12 and 13.
