Role summary:

Reporting to the CEO, the Group Marketing Director is responsible for leading the Group's global brand and marketing strategy across all markets and channels. The role is accountable for strengthening brand equity, driving consumer engagement, supporting commercial growth, and delivering a consistent global brand experience.

This role oversees all brand, digital, ecommerce marketing, communications, PR, and consumer engagement activities while working closely with commercial and product teams to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Group's global brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all markets and channels.
  • Strengthen long-term brand equity and consumer relevance.
  • Lead all Group marketing functions including brand marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce marketing, PR, social media, content, and communications.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that support both brand and commercial objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective return on investment.
  • Analyse consumer trends, market activity, and competitor performance.
  • Use insights and data to inform marketing strategies and campaign planning.
  • Identify opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Support ecommerce growth through acquisition, retention, CRM, and digital performance marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with ecommerce and commercial teams to improve customer conversion and lifetime value.
  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and seasonal product launches.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, PR activity, and influencer relationships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee corporate communications and brand storytelling.
  • Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams and agency partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the UK & EU Group Commercial Director, Worldwide Commercial teams, Global Product Strategy Director, CFO, and COO to align marketing activities with business objectives.
