As a Group Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a creative, flexible, and efficient work environment for our development teams. Product Area

The Enterprise Platform department is responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting Sectra's medical platform, which is used worldwide for efficient imaging, storage, integration and workflow. Our platform is utilized across various clinical areas, particularly in radiology (X-ray diagnostics). Enterprise Platform have development teams in Mansfield and Linkoping, Sweden. In total we are over 50 people and continue to expand.

In this position, you will:

  • Be part of the product area's management team, which drives tactical and strategic issues and is responsible for the group's delivery capacity and financial conditions.
  • Be close to the teams in their daily work and be responsible for ensuring that they have the right conditions to take on both today's and tomorrow's challenges.
  • Lead improvement projects within the scope of our business area, both independently and collaboratively with other managers and team members.
  • Actively contribute to identifying and recruiting new employees to our growing organization.
  • Continuously improve your leadership skills through external/internal courses but also by working closely and exchanging experiences with other managers.
  • Travel to hospitals and clinics in Europe, North America, and Australia to get close to end users and observe how Sectra's products are utilized in clinical settings.
  • Have fun at work in an exciting industry together with other talented colleagues.
