Join our dynamic Field Service team as a Group Leader, where you will inspire and engage a talented group of up to 50 Field Service Engineers, both in the UK and globally. Imagine leading day-to-day operations, ensuring resource planning and mobilisation while handling escalations with confidence. You will foster strong relationships with internal and external customers, addressing compliments and complaints to drive continuous improvement. Your global responsibilities will include collaborating with regional counterparts to uphold our Field Service strategy, all while managing budgets and promoting a culture of safety through Siemens' Zero Harm' policy. How You'll Make an Impact
- You will lead employee relations, focusing on motivation, engagement, welfare, performance management, and training development.
- You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective resource planning, field mobilisations, and timely handling of escalations.
- You will collaborate with internal and external customers to recognise, analyse, and resolve compliments and complaints, driving lessons learned.
- You will foster global relationships with regional counterparts to uphold Field Service strategy, including EHS, competency, and utilisation.
- You will manage the budget in alignment with business strategy, driving a 'cost-out' approach while promoting best practices and standards within your team.
What You Bring
- You hold a degree in an Engineering-related subject, ideally suited for this role.
- You have experience in a large Engineering company, complemented by technical knowledge.
- You possess essential leadership experience, demonstrating your ability to motivate and guide teams.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have excellent communication skills and some project management experience, which would be advantageous.
- You have experience working in multicultural environments and managing multi-location projects.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation.
