Group Maintenance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of magic service, within the role of Group Maintenance Manager.

As a Group Maintenance Manager you will need to be organised, confident with a can-do attitude and have experience in property maintenance with a good attention to detail being able to work proactively across the group of properties.

As a Group Maintenance Manager you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties and expectations within the role are:

  • Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and fully operational.
  • Leading and coordinating maintenance projects from start to finish.
  • Establishing agreements with service providers to secure the best value.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Scheduling and supervising contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
  • Strategically planning maintenance schedules to minimize disruption.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation.
