The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients maximize the value of Shopiago's products and services. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them to fully leverage our solutions and achieve outstanding results.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Success and Growth: Meet and exceed growth and retention targets across your customer portfolio.
  • Be the Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Leverage Data: Analyze customer data to make informed, value-driven decisions that enhance customer ROI.
  • Foster Collaboration: Regularly communicate product updates, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion the Customer: Share insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product development and strategy.
  • Support and Train: Assist clients with software implementation, providing on-site and virtual training and support.

Who We're Looking For:

An experienced professional with a background in customer success or commercial account management, particularly within the SaaS industry. You should have a strong track record of hitting growth targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex data for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving customer ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and solve complex problems.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and our offices in West Sussex, London, and Coventry.

Establishedin 2013, to buy unwanted books, CD's DVD's, Blu-ray and console games directly from consumers via its market leading app. The smart technology enables consumers to use their mobile device to scan a product bar code or to simply tap in an ISBN code from a book for an instant valuation.

Ziffit sells all its books, CDs, DVDs and games via World of Books own website or partner websites such as Amazon and eBay.

World of Rare Books

Sells books published prior to 1970 (including rare, vintage and 1st edition titles) alongside vinyl and other ephemera through our own websites and other marketplaces. This business offers one of the largest selections of pre-ISBN books in the market and is the largest supplier of wholesale vintage books for decoration in Europe.
