We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team at Rotork Group. In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial operations of the Rotork Group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.

As the Group Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP requirements, and managing the month-end and year-end closing processes. You will coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes, develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, and lead on all technical accounting matters. Additionally, you will develop the Group control environment and provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
