About the role:

At London South East Colleges (LSEC), we are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to focus on our motor vehicle & Management Sectors. This role is crucial in fostering industry partnerships, enhancing apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring excellent management practices. This role is a commission based role with a potential of earing £45K.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with management & motor vehicle businesses.
• Develop strategic partnerships to promote LSEC's apprenticeship programmes.
• Design and implement industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes.
• Conduct outreach to attract apprentices and inform businesses of the benefits.
• Provide ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success.
• Oversee the coordination and smooth operation of apprenticeship programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and present reports on program outcomes and business engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong background in apprenticeships or sales sector.
• Experience in developing and managing apprenticeship programmes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions quickly.
