Within Amazon, The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is responsible for creating the spaces that inspire Amazonians to make history. The globally diverse team manages Amazon's corporate offices in more than 60 countries. GREF provides real estate transactions expertise, business partnering, space and occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management, facility maintenance, and operations all contributing to the employee experience and leveraging places and programs to enable culture to thrive at Amazon.

As our regional communications lead across EMEA, you'll be the key communications liaison for multiple European countries, coordinating and delivering communications across diverse markets and cultures. As we build our in-house team from the ground up, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our communication strategies and establishing new ways of working. Key job responsibilities
• Develop and implement a customer communication and engagement plan, approach, and tools.
• Manage internal tools and communication channels (e.g., wikis, posters, presentations, etc.).
• Serve as SME and a strategic contributor for any post move engagements, focus groups or GREF pulse type of initiatives.
• Review all regional GREF communication channels to promote consistency, high standards, and improved visibility of messaging. Create templates, oversee content and targeted audiences.
• Work closely with all EMEA GREF service lines to evolve communications plans, coordinate communications, and contribute to change management initiatives.
• Continuously measure effectiveness of communication and engagement approaches, and adjust as needed
• Drive innovative solutions and implement best practices in all customer facing, business partnering and GREF internal communications within scope.
• Work hand in hand with PR, HR, Branding and Legal teams to ensure alignment and compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
• Align approach with APAC and AMER internal comms, PR, HR and IT teams to ensure global consistency and clarity of messaging.
• Provide executive comms support to Regional Portfolio Director. Drive or support EMEA GREF regional employee engagement initiatives (e.g., Summits, Fireside chats, etc.).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications.
- Significant experience in managing employee facing, local and global corporate communications in diverse geographies.
- Exemplary written and oral communications skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in leading workplace and employee engagement communications
- Experience in program and project management including change management plans
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to interact with customers and establish relationships with key stakeholders and policymakers
- Experience and skills in Digital Marketing, campaign management, and brand recognition
- Must be able to travel regularly to engage with remote teams
