Join Bath Spa University as the leader of our Graduate Success Strand in Careers and Employability, where you'll develop and drive the Graduate Career Support strategy, empowering graduates to confidently step into their careers.

About the Role

As our Graduate Success Manager, you will drive our Graduate Careers Support strategy as part of our Employability Strategy. In this key role, you'll lead and manage a data-driven graduate support offer, motivate a dedicated team of Employability Coaches, and collaborate with university leaders to optimise graduate outcomes.

You'll take charge of projects like the Bath Spa Graduate Scheme and Grad Internship Programme, promote the Graduate Outcomes Survey, and work closely with employers to create valuable opportunities for BSU graduates. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation, you'll have the chance to shape career success for our graduates while managing budgets and fostering internal and external partnerships.

About You

You will have a degree or postgraduate qualification and a strong background in higher education employability. You will bring proven experience in project and line management, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from students to industry leaders.

You'll have a talent for prioritising multiple deadlines, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Strong research, report-writing, and organisational abilities are essential, as is the flexibility to support events outside usual hours.

Additional Information

Salary: Grade 7, GBP 37,999 to GBP 42,632 per annum
Interviews: 18th December
