We're seeking a future team member for the role of Graduate Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is located in London or Manchester, UK - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Accountability and strategic oversight of all campus hiring requirements across EMEA, continually monitoring progress and ROI throughout the season, updating key stakeholders throughout.
  • Establish the annual campus attraction and recruiting strategy and objectives.
  • Partner with the Belonging and Inclusion team on attraction and recruiting efforts.
  • Oversee the candidate screening and selection process and ensure it accommodates best practice and services both client and candidate requirements.
  • Ensure the business is trained in interviewing best practices and closely monitor fair and balanced business hiring decisions. Frame road shows as applicable.
  • Design and implement metrics and guidelines that consistently measure the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Campus attraction, Belonging and Inclusion & recruiting efforts. Manage the budget and regularly report on ROI and actual spend.
  • Partner with Program Management and the business on the design and execution of all training programs for the Summer Intern, Apprentice and Full-time hires.
  • Oversee the involvement of line representatives and university alumni in the recruiting process, ensuring the most adequate resources are deployed to recruit.
  • Keep up to date with current and pending legislation, developments and changes in the graduate and apprenticeship market and propose any required changes to current graduate recruiting policies and practices.
  • Regular interaction with the global counterparts to share best practices, discuss and solve for any potential challenges. Undertake ad hoc projects or responsibilities as and when required.
  • Lead, mentor and provide strategic direction to direct reports.
  • Establish Goals, objectives, manage the performance, coach, and develop campus recruiting team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated core recruiting experience, including responsibility for on-campus activities
  • Experience in financial services and/or fintech industry a plus
  • Self-starter with initiative to create and think out of the box
  • Program design and management skills
  • Management of multiple stakeholders, both within and outside the company
  • Project management skills; inclusive of leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight
  • Leadership and influence skills
  • Ability to pivot between strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Experience partnering across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally
  • A demonstrated history of using data to make decisions and tell stories
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • The tenacity to push past obstacles on the path to delivery
