The Role

Your next opportunity shouldn't depend on your last job title but on your skills.

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Graduate Recruiter who brings strong capability in stakeholder management and campus recruitment delivery and is motivated to contribute to impactful hiring and programme development.

You'll work independently in a specialist private banking environment, collaborating with international stakeholders and shaping both hiring outcomes and early careers programmes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use your relationship-building skills to collaborate with international stakeholders, providing regular updates and trusted advisory support
  • Apply your recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end campus hiring processes, including events, attraction strategies, and assessment centre planning and delivery
  • Use your proactive approach to operate effectively in a standalone role, taking ownership of delivery without requiring close direction
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment and programme strategies
  • Apply your organisational skills to manage complex, lower-volume hiring with a focus on quality and stakeholder experience
  • Contribute to early careers programme development by using your insights and experience to enhance graduate experiences and outcomes
  • Use your communication skills to guide hiring managers through recruitment processes, supporting informed hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including offshore/onsite teams) to ensure a seamless candidate journey
  • Apply your coaching skills to support and develop others where required, contributing to future team leadership capability
  • Use your analytical thinking to monitor recruitment progress, identify challenges, and implement improvements proactively
  • Ensure accurate tracking and compliance across all recruitment systems and processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction

Skills & Requirements

Must-have:

  • Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally within early careers, campus, or graduate hiring
  • Experience across multiple hiring cycles ("seasons"), with strong understanding of campus recruitment dynamics
  • Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide consistent progress updates
  • Proven proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a standalone role
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior and international stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex recruitment activities (e.g. events, assessment centres) with attention to detail and quality
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
  • Demonstrated maturity, motivation, and accountability in delivering results

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in programme development for early careers or graduate initiatives
  • Familiarity with recruitment within financial services or private banking environments
  • Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment
  • Ability to coach or mentor others, with interest in progressing into a Team Lead role
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment data tracking
  • Growth mindset with interest in continuous improvement and innovation in early careers hiring
