Morrison Water Services is part of our water division and is currently looking to recruit a Graduate Project Manager to join our team. You will be part of our Capital Team who are responsible for delivering Capital Projects for the AMP7 framework. The contract involves the pre-construction planning, site investigation and construction of Civils based projects such as storage solutions, tanks, underground structures, Sewage Pumping Stations etc.
As a Graduate Project Manager, your role will be to manage project costs, contracts, and financial planning. Preconstruction planning, contract management, and financial analysis. You will work predominantly within the experienced commercial team and engage with Designers, Health, Safety & Wellbeing and delivery teams that will enable you to further develop your understanding and capability in a built environment.
About you -
To be eligible for the Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduated within the last 2 years or about to
- Achieved or expected to achieve 2:2 degree or equivalent in either Project Manager, Engineering or Similar construction management related qualification.
- UK driving license
- Work Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025

Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue your career as Quantity Surveyor within an infrastructure business.
