Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project performance and outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello) and familiarity with data visualisation tools (such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the project management discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various stages.
• Developing reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track project performance and key metrics.
• Identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve project delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborating with project managers and teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.
• Assisting in the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and security of project data and documentation.
