About this role

Each day, we come up with new ideas to help our customers through the power of technology.

  • Graduate Program Overview: Emphasizes hands-on experience. You will get the chance to shadow and receive support from current colleagues, gaining insights into the job. As you learn project delivery within time and budget constraints, you explore all aspects of project management. With increased confidence, you will take on project coordination, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Areas of Focus: As part of our Delivery Programme, you will play a crucial role in translating our plans into practical solutions and integrating them into daily operations. Given our vast customer base and extensive workforce of over 100,000 colleagues, this is no small task. You might contribute to projects ranging from the latest broadband or mobile launches to developing new customer service capabilities for our agents. Your work will directly change millions of customers across our three brands: BT, EE, and PlusNet.
  • Gain Additional skills: While on-the-job learning is valuable, we also provide support for your personal development. We ensure that you get a diverse set of skills, including various project management techniques, building outstanding stakeholder relationships, and mastering time management. Additionally, you'll learn how to cultivate resilience and tenacity, essential qualities for successful careers in transformation. On top of that, you'll gain expertise in agile methodologies, data analysis, and collaboration.
  • Consumer Focus & Transformation: You'll get the opportunity to work with and understand a wide and varied group of people across the organisation, including Architects, Marketing managers, our Technology development teams, and many more.

  • Entry Requirements

    A 2:2 degree in any STEM or business subjects relating to project delivery or similar.

  • Salary - £31,500 plus attractive benefits
