As a Product Graduate, you'll step into a dynamic role in the product area of our business, where no two days are the same. With a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Business and a talent for building strong relationships, you'll work across teams to create digital experiences our customers will love. Collaborating with Commercial and User Experience colleagues, you'll understand the needs of our customers and partners to build and own a compelling product roadmap. Using data, you'll prioritise high impact work, deliver enhancement with engineering teams, and optimise performance to drive maximum value. To be part of our Meerkat mob, you'll be:
• A graduate with Software Engineering, Computer Science or Business Management Degree from any university (2:1 or above)
• Commercial, with the ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions
• Be proactive, able to prioritise and deliver value quickly
• Able to articulate a compelling, value creating roadmap to deliver against the product strategy or strategic KPIs.
• Comfortable delivering within a regulated environment
• Able to develop trust, integrity and credibility through stakeholder relationships
• Someone with a growth mindset, constantly looking for new opportunities to create value, or improve ways or working to get ideas to market quickly
• Able to work with anyone and understand that everyone has a different perspective - and know that's what makes it exciting.
• Unafraid to try and take calculated risks, even if it does not always work. You will pick yourself up and try again.
• Comfortable in gathering and interpreting market insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within our products and customer journeys.
