GPA Reporting Manager

The role

This role is pivotal to the running of the portfolio providing data and reporting to support key decision making and portfolio metrics. The Reporting Manager works within the Property Management team, supporting the reporting requirement under the contract and providing analysis of data for the Property Partnership between GPA and BNPPRE, this includes reporting to the client Executive Committee, reporting to GPA clients and Freedom of Information requests. We wish to bring the latest in reporting to our instruction:

• Identify all reporting required across the contract and timetable for delivery.

• Provide all reporting required under the contract and ask as key point of contact.

• Identify, investigate, and provide recommendations for additional reporting to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Review marketplace for best practice reporting formats and provide recommendations on improvement by way of continuous improvement.

• Respond to urgent request for reporting and data, including freedom for information requests.

• Interrogate database to provide reporting to support decision making.

• Identify methodology to provide assurance around the quality, completeness, and consistency of data.

• Provide core fee drafting substantiation and allocations liaising with internal BNPPRE stakeholders and the client to provide information to ensure swift payment.

• Support wider team with requests for reports and data.

• Support wider team to evolve all reporting to provide efficient management.

• Undertake periodic sample auditing of Service quality for reporting outcomes and if requested to make available files for audit by the client or any nominated 3rd party auditors.

• User support in client specific data systems, processes etc., training induction and use of systems as part of the contract

• Client reporting in relation to the GPA (including Defra and EA) PMA requirements. This includes supporting the wider team in relation to audit requirements and compliance.

• Constructing, maintaining, and sourcing accurate information from and delivering to stakeholders where necessary. This includes agreed regular reports and ad hoc reports when requested.

• Working closely with Data Services to help develop, analyse, and test advanced reports to help drive efficiency and support innovation.

• Ensuring efficient and timely support of reporting.

• Project support supporting and managing data and ad hoc projects as required.

• Present and justify any reporting and findings to the GPA and their clients.

• In person attendance and presenting at client and internal meetings.

• Responsible for supporting routine processes and procedures.

Person Specification

• Has strong reporting skills and the utilisation of data.

• Knowledge of up-to-date reporting packages available within the market.

• Strong organisational, project management and administration skills

• Experience working in a commercial property management role with a knowledge of property leases and documentation.

• Experienced user of IT systems and Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Mature and professional approach, confident in taking initiative to problem-solving.

• Controlling and monitoring even workload, experienced in meeting deadlines and working under pressure.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Working well as a team member, demonstrating responsibility, patience and understanding of other's needs.

• Able to work on own initiative and manage time effectively

• Highly numerate and accurate with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills

• Aptitude to understand business processes and procedures and assimilate new systems skills
