POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced alliance professional to lead, develop and manage our ecosystem of partnerships, specifically focused on the government and public sector. In this role, you will cultivate and expand relationships with partners who collaborate with government agencies to implement their software and solutions. You will coordinate the diverse roles required to build a strong alliance program tailored to the unique needs of public-sector clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage public-sector-focused indirect sales channels, including referral, reseller, services, and OEM partners specialising in government agencies
- Develop partner tiering within the public-sector ecosystem through continuous evaluation and alignment with goals
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide reliable forecasts to upper management
- Support account managers in negotiating and closing complex public-sector transactions
- Drive alliance planning, opportunity development, and indirect revenue growth for government clients
- Coordinate with direct sales teams and government-focused partners, escalating issues as needed
- Track pipeline and performance metrics to align with public-sector market trends
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in channel sales with experience establishing and managing partnerships focused on government and public-sector clients
- 5+ years selling enterprise SaaS data, analytics, and software solutions, preferably tailored for government use cases
- Strong solutioning skills to integrate our offerings with partner applications and services designed for government agencies
- Experience selling RegTech, investigative solutions, identity verification (KYC/KYB), or compliance software to government agencies, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with government contracting, RFPs, and working within regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
- Ability to travel up to 40%
