Job Description

Are you passionate about risk management and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Governance, Risk and Control Senior Analyst to join our Institutional Retirement COO team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our risk and control environment, supporting the business in delivering robust governance and ensuring compliance with Group Risk policies. If you enjoy working collaboratively, analysing data, and influencing positive change, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with the business to support operational risk management and compliance
• Analysing and preparing risk and control data for reporting and decision-making
• Supporting the review and enhancement of business controls
• Monitoring and tracking assurance activities across the three lines of defence
• Performing controls testing to assess effectiveness and compliance
• Attending governance forums to provide guidance on policy requirements
• Facilitating risk and control self-assessments across the business
• Supporting regulatory and business change initiatives to embed effective controls

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Experience working with risks, controls, and assurance processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in MI reporting and data interpretation
• Knowledge of operational risk management and governance frameworks
• Ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in regulated industries or financial services (desirable)
