The role
As the ITV Google Cloud Product Manager, you will be responsible for the ITV Google Cloud Service. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring seamless platform operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your skills to ensure our Google cloud remains safe, reliable and cost efficient.

The role will entail but not be limited to:
- Establish and oversee governance arrangements to ensure the Google Cloud platform, including orchestration, observability, security and systems management, is run securely, reliably and efficiently
- Develop Google Cloud Platform service management processes, including incident and problem management
- Conduct audits and assessments of GCP projects and work with teams to ensure good practice
- Working with a Google cloud platform engineer, complete a well architected review and deliver a 2024 plan to uplift the Google Cloud platform platform.
- Work closely with ITV Cyber and Architectural teams teams to iterate and implement Guardrails and policy
- Manage Google Cloud stakeholders, ensuring ITV's Google Cloud platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors, including Google. Evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements
- Implement processes and tooling for cloud financial management
- Report on Google Cloud service delivery and effectiveness
- Manage Google Cloud stakeholders, ensuring ITV's Google Cloud platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Maintain service documentation, including configurations and procedures
- Oversee the GCP organisational hierarchy, billing accounts and the assignment of billing
- Support Cloud Architecture reviews and provide feedback and guidance on the vision and direction of Google Cloud
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Extensive project or product delivery experience with significant Google Cloud experience.
- Comfortable working with the Google Cloud console and the command-line interface to perform basic GCP administration tasks
- Trained and experienced in agile delivery methodologies Cloud Governance Experience
- Experience building relationships with Internal and External stakeholders including supplier management - ideally Google
