THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Golf Sales Manager to join our team. As the Golf Sales Manager at Cameron House, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing the reputation of our exceptional golf offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and a deep passion for golf who can develop strategic relationships whilst ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
The key responsibilities of the position will be:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive the sales of golf-related events, including corporate tournaments, charity events, and society groups.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless planning and execution of events, providing exceptional service to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Director of Sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct appointments, site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Cameron House.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in golf and sales, incorporating best practices into the sales strategy.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the golf or luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for golf, with an understanding of the market and client expectations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
