Purpose of Role
Working within the Integrated Business Planning Lead this role will be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of the global sales, shipments, production, and inventory on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of the reports required for business decisions the role holder will be responsible for ensuring alignment with all the regional and category heads on the correct publication of volume projections as signed off in the respective Management Business Reviews. You will partner with the Global Demand Planning process owner to ensure a robust understanding of the assumptions driving the plans and together develop analytical support for the regions and data analytics.
Top Accountabilities
The main accountabilities of the role are:
- Working Globally and cross functionally with the regions and categories for the consolidation of the monthly Sales, Shipments, Production, and Inventory overview for distribution by WD6 with commentary and insights to the Supply Chain and Procurement Exec.
- Support standardization of mater data design and update.
- Ensuring mapping is aligned and SOP updated to reflect the changes in the business which are aligned at a global and regional level including quarterly reviews for updates.
- Ensuring the reporting and integrity of all numbers that are globally accepted and recognized in alignment with the sign off in in the respective MBR's.
- Provide insights to volume changes vs the previous submission and projection of potential risk and opportunities at a global level aligned with regions. Highlighting opportunity and risk as well as the impact on the overall business.
- Understanding Mix performance on a year-on-year basis and the impact on wider business volume results.
- Resolution of all data queries in alignment with volume publication deadlines.
- Consolidation, ownership and connection of all global volume for both the short and long-term ensuring it's the single source of truth for the business.
- Working collaboratively with the Global Demand Planning process owner to ensure volume and insights in global dashboard is ready for publication in the monthly Global Demand Review.
- Own the Global demand review including capability building of teams around analytics, insights, and risk.
- Developing and building capability of demand planning Analyst for all regions including enabling automation and digitization of analytical data.
- Responsible for the management of the weekly and monthly report in addition to adhoc analysis required.
- Consolidation and Publication of the S&OP vs O&R volume on wd5.
- Responsible for the long term strategic planning in conjunction with the corporate strategy team and engaging with key stakeholders to sign off volume plan with a clear understanding of the impact supply chain network design, capex investment needed where applicable.
- Working with and building the capability of the Analyst ensuring continuous improvement and advancement of the digital agenda.
- Business Continuity Visualization will be a key element of the role the role holder will be responsible for driving improvements and lead the creation of a dynamic Power BI visuals and support the design and integration of this within the new Planning system.
- Identify, assemble, and facilitate cross-functional teams to implement analytical practices across the global planning team.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Skills and Capabilities

- Exceptional numerical and analytical literacy. Attention to details. Passion for data, analytics, insights and analytical tools
- Sound business acumen operating in fast paced changing environments. You will be tuned in to the importance of Agility and Resilience and have an external radar on what other organizations are doing at this time.
- Demonstrable and good experiential knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management with significant emphasis on strong analytical approach, being results oriented. Strong hands-on background in planning. One more discipline such as manufacturing, procurement or logistics would be desirable.
- Strong influencer and programme management skills.
- Resilient and able to work in an agile, fast-moving environment and to keep up with pace of change and prioritize according to business needs
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to flex style to influence at any level. Exceptional project management skills and storytelling presentations
- Ability to engage at several levels within the organization from multiple organizations.
- Tableau / Power BI skills as an advantage
Experience
- Extensive experience in supply chain management. Including significant experience in planning, preferably more than one planning functional area.
- Experience with data Analytics and visualization.
- Excel and Power BI experience
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a similar degree is highly recommended.
