GLOBAL IN-STORE EXPERIENCE MANAGER
WIMBLEDON, LONDON
As Global In-Store Experience Manager, you will be part of a game-changing team; to manage and develop the future of in-store, and phygital shopper experience for Coty's colour cosmetics brands, within the Retail Excellence team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Global In-Store Experience Manager you will play a crucial part of a high energy team that is proud to pioneer change for our category & channel. With a focus on excellence in retail expression, best in class in-store campaign activation, and exciting new concept/ white space development, the role requires a fine blend of strategic forward-thinking mind set, awareness of trends & insights (+ ability to translate through to execution), expert creative intelligence & technical design ability, super-speed agility, militant attention to detail & project management skills.
Your main focus:
Retail Expression Design & Development
- Design & develop permanent in-store fixtures, to maximise brand expression for our colour brands, rooted in shopper insights for optimised store experience
- Develop new store format designs to ensure consistent 360' expression across various touchpoints, across the globe
- Develop in store toolkits to support market execution and grow expertise with an omnichannel consumer journey mind-set
- Collaborate with our internal cross functional teams, and agencies to ensure continuous feedback loop and alignment from design through to execution
Future Store concept creation
- Ideate, strategise, and design retail environments of the future. Champion blue-sky thinking and out of the box in-store designs to excite the senses and elevate the in-store experience
- Create category disrupting designs, with a first-mover mentality. Remain rooted in strategy and future trends, to showcase ideas and excite internal and external stakeholders alike
- Trailblaze first to market solutions, across new technology, materials, and experiences
In-Store Campaign Toolkit Development
- Inspire! & Set the global vision for in-store activation, to stop shoppers in their tracks. Through strategic plans, best-in-class toolkits and point of sale touchpoint designs, in line with 360 brand campaigns
- Create strong written & verbal in-store briefs; ensure optimisation for store channel, inject elements from cross functional teams such as campaign creative concepts, shopper-insights and behavioural-psychology considerations, as well as strong conversion-driving call to actions
- Collaborate with brand & creative teams to maximise brand visuals & ensure value-adding comms to recruit, educate & convert the shopper at point of purchase
In-Store Digital Experience
- Champion digital integration within the store channel
- Collaborate with digital team to ideate & implement new tech solutions with the aim to maximise phygital experience within the store channel
- Drive a shopper-first mind set to create value-adding, seamless digital solutions for the store environment
You will be a part of the Retail Excellence team, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Brand, Commercial Planning, Creative, Global key markets, and external agencies. All your colleagues are highly collaborative, innovative, and driven by a shared passion for delivering excellent retail experiences. The atmosphere is dynamic, energetic, and forward-thinking. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are proactive, professional, passionate and have an ability to multitask. As an experienced in-store / store design/ VM expert, you have a blend of creativity and strategic thinking with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. You thrive from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment, and are hungry to drive change in our industry. In addition to these key traits, you:
- Are a collaborative team player and have the ability to develop effective working relationships, being able to collaborate, inspire and influence others demonstrating integrity and respect
- Strong Agility & Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with high level of complexity and a wide range of partners/touchpoints
- Very strong knowledge/skills of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- 2D & 3D Technical design skills essential: In-design, Photoshop, Sketch up (or similar).
- Commercial understanding - numerical / analytical
- Have budget management experience
