Here at Klick we are growing fast and we are looking for a Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a full time basis.

As Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio across 3 different regions globally (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). You will be working collaboratively with the talent acquisition team, key stakeholders, and external thought leaders to operationalize a world class TA experience for candidates.

You will work with the VP Director TA to proactively plan, source, assess, and qualify best-in-class talent to join Klick Inc. You will execute tactical sourcing plans, actively source and recruit high quality external candidates in support of business plans and goals. In this role, you'll establish key connections and relationships in support of their sourcing activities, maintain an online / social media presence, and actively prospect talent through a trusted relationship network.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

    • Collaborate with business leaders and Hiring Managers to ensure deep understanding of the role and requirements
    • Execute key talent insights to drive accountability and forward-thinking conversations ensuring optimal people competencies are aligned to overall business priorities in order to provide greater transparency and visibility to stakeholders.
    • Work with VP TA to leverage market intelligence and analytics to drive the recruiting methodology to elevate the hiring, selection and overall candidate experience
    • Execute effective and efficient sourcing, hiring & selection tools and resources to support business requirements and strategies.
    • Solutions focused to manage changes in talent acquisition process to increase both hiring velocity and candidate experience
    • Suggest best practices for how talent acquisition is approached across the organization
    • Communicate effectively with external candidates about Klick and role specifics
    • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and drive the full-cycle recruitment process

Team Leadership

    • Coach and mentor new TA and TE partners
    • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to idea formation
    • Suggest various levers to use in order to achieve hiring targets

Candidate Management

    • Manage 15-20 roles at any given time including freelance, contract and permanent full-time needs across Klick's Global Presence in EMEA, APAC and LATAM
    • Source, screen and interview candidates to develop pools of talent through various sources
    • Create a positive candidate experience through continued communication; courtesy and respect
    • Research/make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
    • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through in-depth interviews and high offer-to-interview ratios
    • Regularly visit hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity
    • Participate in networking events with industry organizations and partners

Job Requirements

    • 5-7+ years experience in talent/talent acquisition with exposure to external hiring agencies
    • Prior experience working as a recruiter for agency or marketing organization
    • Prior experience recruiting for Client Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative and Medical Strategy
    • Results and solutions oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong initiative and solid judgment
    • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
    • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
    • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
    • Bonus points: Prior experience in advertising agency or healthcare marketing
