Overview
We are looking for an Operations & Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to the organisation's data and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on analysing data, generating insights, and supporting reporting and automation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analysis and help improve performance through data.
You will also support the organisation's AI transformation by contributing to the adoption of new tools, testing innovative approaches, and helping embed automation and AI-driven insights into everyday processes, with opportunities to learn and apply machine learning techniques where relevant.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently to interpret complex datasets
- Qualification or experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related fields
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, model development, deployment
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Digital Media and data-driven marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Experience with Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Funnel.io, Fivetran
- Interest in AI tools or frameworks (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted analytics)
