Overview

Publicis LeOne is a bespoke agency proposition for Haleon and is one of Publicis Media's three dedicated power of one global client groups, designed to drive the future model of Publicis through transformation in technology and ways of working. We blend Media with Data and Technology to create stronger Consumer connections. It is composed of more than 600 media, data and technology experts around the world and is centered around driving client growth by blending media, data and technology to create most relevant and powerful consumer experiences. Haleon is one of Publicis Media's biggest clients globally.

What will you be doing?

Reporting into the Global Commerce Director, you'll work at the heart of a dynamic global team, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Commerce, Media, and Digital both in the UK and internationally.

Commerce media is one of the most exciting and fast-evolving areas of the industry, and you'll play a key role in helping deliver ambitious growth plans while creating best-in-class consumer experiences.

You'll support local markets in shaping and executing commerce strategies for leading brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, and Centrum - from strategic planning and budget guidance to client collaboration and content delivery.

  • Ecommerce strategy & acceleration
  • Media planning, activation & measurement
  • Content & creative excellence

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of digital commerce into annual planning, driving strategies that maximise media performance across local markets
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across markets and drive a strong test-and-learn approach
  • Analyse, present, and discuss media performance, leading conversations with clients in the biddable media space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across the business
  • Support day-to-day management of local markets, driving consistency and best practices
  • Assist senior leadership with content creation and global performance reporting for key stakeholders
  • Champion commerce media across the agency, ensuring it is embedded within broader media strategies and the overall customer journey

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in eCommerce or Retail Media (e.g. Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Citrus preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and opportunities
  • Confident storyteller, able to build compelling narratives from performance data
  • Comfortable problem-solving and collaborating across multiple markets and time zones
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem is a plus
  • Genuine interest in retail and keeping up with a fast-paced, evolving landscape
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with confidence presenting to stakeholders
