The role of the Brand Development Team (BDT) is to provide thought leadership and enablers to achieve significant and sustained profitable growth across priority markets (UK, France, Australia, Nordics, Switzerland) and other emerging markets via core renovation and PPA, innovation, and Holistic Margin Management initiatives.
The BDT's bold vision is to make Old El Paso a Top 10 family favourite via a global brand strategy to make family connections more than a special occasion by inspiring more people to share in the vibrancy of Mexican more often.

What your role is
As Senior Brand Manager in the OEP BDT you will actively contribute to generate incremental and profitable growth through scalable and superior renovation and innovation across OEP's existing meal centres and core platforms - kits, carriers, seasonings and chips. You will be pivotal in continuing to develop the growth strategies for this part of the OEP portfolio, identifying both tactical and growth opportunities, leading pipeline build and managing big PPA and core renovation projects and strategic workstreams.
Beyond project management, you will be co-building and advancing strategic PPA opportunities in collaboration with the global Category Manager and local markets, and will be the main point of contact on product remarkability working closely with R&D with the objective of identifying the next big renovation opportunities for the brand.
Operating within the context of a global matrix structure, you will be expected to work collaboratively within the BDT, R&D, manufacturing team and local markets to ensure the relevance and successful implementation of the brand development projects you will lead.
What you will bring to the team
We are looking for someone with minimum of 4 years' proven success in brand management roles, (ideally with some experience in new product development) high levels of passion for consumers and our brand, strong brand management experience, and excellent communication and project management skills, fluency in Spanish and/or French is highly desirable given our global reach.
You will be a leader who champions simplicity, a strategic thinker who can cut through complexity and bring clarity to even the most challenging situations. You'll be adept at identifying critical issues, presenting them to senior leadership with precision and timing, ensuring efficient decision-making.
Your deep understanding of P&L management and commercial acumen will be instrumental in driving profitability. Most importantly, you'll be a champion of winning strategies, someone who consistently delivers step-change business results.
