Overview

We are hiring a Global Senior Account Executive to help shape meaningful digital experiences for one of the world's most recognised consumer brands. In this role, you'll support global D2C performance campaigns that connect creativity with measurable impact across multiple markets. You'll work closely with talented specialists across London and international hubs, contributing to campaigns that influence how millions of people discover and buy products online. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the day-to-day activation, optimisation and reporting of D2C performance campaigns across biddable channels.
  • Partnering with your Account Manager to deliver high-quality campaign execution across multiple markets and trading moments.
  • Monitoring performance and translating data into clear, actionable insights that improve outcomes.
  • Supporting campaign planning and implementation across platforms such as Google and Meta.
  • Contributing to performance reviews, reports and presentations that tell a clear story to stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with international teams to ensure consistency and best practice across regions.
  • Bringing curiosity and thoughtful challenge to help refine ways of working and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Experience in digital media, performance marketing or advertising, with exposure to campaign delivery.
  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse results and share insights clearly.
  • A strong analytical approach with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with support, staying organised and focused on outcomes.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative way of working.
  • A growth-focused mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a performance-led environment.
