We are looking for a Global Sales Planning & Reporting CRM Services Manager, based in London or Munich. Your Team Our team is committed to deliver a globally consistent sales excellence approach with reliable data as basis for proactive and informed sales steering while also ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

The Impact You Will Have Reporting to the Head of Global Sales Performance and Governance, you will be responsible for managing the activities regarding the global CRM and Sales MI platforms that enable Distribution and Underwriting to steer the business (globally and locally), manage client and broker relationships more effectively, as well as execute Sales Planning and Sales Reporting processes. Manage the evolution of the Allianz Commercial Salesforce.com in collaboration with IT stakeholders application including the annual, internal release process whilst reducing system complexities. Project manage the implementation of Salesforce.com in new Allianz OEs as well as Allianz Commercial OEs. Provide technical support for Salesforce.com. Provide Salesforce.com training to end users globally. Project manage external development consultants.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Oversee the management of the Salesforce.com application, coordinating system design and user training materials to align with business needs.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce.com in new Allianz Commercial operating entities, managing business requirements capture, application build, testing, and release processes while overseeing external resources and budgets.
  • Contribute to the Salesforce.com application, managing system privacy models, role and profile settings, data updates, and license requirements to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Contribute to the annual Sales Planning process by providing input on milestone planning, delivering training, and managing data uploads related to targeting strategies across Allianz Commercial regions.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive Salesforce.com training agenda for the global user community and providing both online and classroom-based training,.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 7 to 10 years in the insurance industry, preferably in industrial insurance lines.
  • Advanced knowledge in Salesforce.com application configuration, design, administration, and reporting capabilities, with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and deliver insights, along with advanced project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others, combined with facilitation skills to effectively manage meetings and training sessions. Fluent in English, with a second language desire
