The Opportunity

We have an opportunity available for a Head of Global Retail Excellence & Education to join us. In this role you will be promoting a culture of continuous learning and development by emphasising the importance of training, employee growth and engagement to create a 'Joy of belonging' and contribute to the career progression and the success of the organisation.

Partnering with key stakeholders, you will drive educational initiatives and tools for consumer facing teams that are aligned to the business needs and DTC retail ambition that add value and enhance performance.

What you'll get to do
• Act as a Global Ambassador to deliver learning, development, sell-thru initiatives and solutions to support the business ambition and to foster a consumer centric culture.
• Define learning and education strategy and framework to elevate team member experience, support development opportunities and foster talent retention.
• Lead the development of the framework, curriculum and implementation of The Retail Academy, partnering with main stakeholders, HR and Markets for global deployment.
• Work closely with Brands and Education to develop Service Excellence proposition to deliver best consumer experiences at POS.
• Partner with HR and Markets on definition and implementation of our BA Wheel and associated initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Markets and Brands Education to ensure best-in-class onboarding process and team member experience.
• Work with external providers, Global HR and Markets in the development and deployment of tools, educational materials and training calendar to ensure consistency in people best practices, engagement and sell-thru.
• Implement comprehensive and dynamic training programs and solutions accessible across all learning channels to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify training needs aligned with people and business objectives that impact on employee engagement and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate annual Mystery Shop program, assessment and follow up on training requirements and actions with Brands and Markets.
• Plan and coordinate annual Sell-Thru and Education seminar, workshops, aligning to team member and business needs.
• Be an ambassador of our culture and values.

We'd love to meet you if you have
• Strong background in DTC retail (Luxury, Beauty and Fashion).
• Strong commercial sensibility and understanding of education impact on retail performance, KPIs and applying measures for success.
• Proven experience within the Luxury and Beauty industry in a similar Learning, Development and Educational role.
• Experience in leading and deploying strategic L&D projects and initiatives and building compelling team experiences.
• Experience of working across international markets.
• Able to construct and deliver Learning and Education content and workshops.
• Strong commercial mindset and acumen.
• Has a strong sensibility of Retail Service Excellence and delivering outstanding consumer experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and French highly desirable due to the global markets worked across.
