About the Team
The Global Commercial Partnership Solutions team collaborates with TikTok's content and monetization teams to develop, sell, and deliver exciting, high-profile brand partnerships stemming from TikTok's premier event programming. These programs are highly complex, creative, and media-driven, involving numerous cross-regional XFN teams within TikTok. As the Global Project Manager, you will ensure projects are developed and delivered to their best iterations, working with teams to create order from what can feel like chaos, while maintaining a creative, collaborative, and positive team spirit.

This role requires you to not only manage each contributing function's deliverables to ensure milestones are met but also to offer a holistic perspective, spotting opportunities to foster more horizontal collaboration and acting as a trusted advisor to the Global CPS team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic and operational programs to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, achieving overall program goals.
- Manage the rollout of global monetized IP within regions, ensuring alignment and consistency across markets.
- Facilitate cross-market sharing of best practices and insights to enhance overall project effectiveness.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of global initiatives.
- Develop GTM (Go-to-Market) collateral to support regional teams in effectively promoting and implementing projects.
- Provide expert advice on project management and collaboration processes between teams to support and orchestrate creative and executional excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Define and suggest tools to optimize multi-regional project and program management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any obstacles or challenges that may arise.
- Maintain and track detailed project activity to monitor progress against goals, with project reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Work closely with and report to the Global Commercial Partnership Solutions Lead, supporting efficient execution and XFN business operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or planning roles in large (ideally global) media/entertainment companies, management consultancy, or consumer tech.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, comfortable managing multiple tasks, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and experience working across teams in a matrixed organization, leveraging resources effectively.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Culturally sensitive, pragmatic, and optimistic, with a positive attitude and a strong bias for action.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
