SAP Practice Manager plays a crucial role in designing, developing SAP solutions to meet customer RFP requirements in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business from ongoing clients and help win new customer through creating good value proposition
• Solution Design and RFP Defense:
• Develop SAP solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Effort estimation and pricing.

SAP Practice Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the SAP solution design process.
• Provide local coverage for delivery issues.
• Work closely with Europe Sales and Alliance Team.
• Accountable for SAP OB Targets in Europe.

Skills:

• 10 + years' experience: SAP presales and practice management
• Cloud implementation experience and project mgmt. experience if possible for "fit to scope"
• Proficiency in SAP - ECC, S4/HANA, RISE, GROW with SAP
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Signavio, Cloud ALM, SuccessFactors, SAC
• SAP relevant certifications
• Other relevant certifications like TOGAF, ITIL, or AWS/Azure can be beneficial.
