Are you a fertilizer marketing professional based in Europe?

Open to an exciting new role, championing a great product and based from HQ in UK or remote anywhere in Europe?

My client and I are seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager, to work alongside the agronomy and marketing teams, as well as closely with with the senior leadership to help develop and grow the business.

Successful candidate will develop and implement product marketing strategies with main focus on product positioning in regional strategic crop and customer segments and ultimately support future topline and bottom line growth of this global company.

The role also aims to support regional teams to design product launches to achieve the volume growth, revenue and premium pricing goals of the business.

Supporting the Global Head of Marketing in creating product marketing strategies meeting target customer needs in the regions and delivering top/bottom line targets of AACN, and bring information on global trends and regional variations to formulate innovative, differentiated and effective technical product and marketing strategies across the regions.

You will have experience and success in exploring and proposing portfolio expansion opportunities including 3 rd party products, adjacent portfolio and coordinate and lead implementation of product marketing strategies with Regional Marketing Teams

As well as contributing to Regional and Global strategy development, you will understand technical benefits of product, and match the benefits and target customer needs to create value selling models

Opportunity is here to localize product narratives into the regions whilst diversify positioning to different customer target groups ( CTG's)and identify value selling opportunities, coordinate strategic tactical approaches within regions, and provide marketing arguments to regions.

To achieve and succeed in all these exciting elements of the role, you will come armed with , and very importantly, knowledge of fertilizer markets, must include actionable segmentation, premium pricing, competitor analysis and 'value to farmer' with proven practical experience. This industry understanding of GTM, B2B and B2C, influencer and farm-gate level will be backed up with product/portfolio management experience, and a qualification in Marketing and/or commercial management in fertilizer or related agrobusiness solutions industry.
