Overview

We are hiring a Global Paid Social Manager to join Publicis Alchemy - an innovation engine at the heart of one of Publicis Media's largest global pharmaceutical partnerships. This role sits at the centre of how paid social connects healthcare brands with people in meaningful, responsible ways across markets. You'll work within a collaborative, global team where curiosity, testing, and learning shape everything we do. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the day-to-day global paid social strategy across key platforms, ensuring plans are thoughtful, effective, and insight-led.
  • Plan, activate, and optimise large-scale brand and performance campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Identify opportunities for test-and-learn activity, turning results into clear recommendations that improve performance.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on plan, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Manage client deliverables with clear communication, balancing priorities across timelines and stakeholders.
  • Support the growth of the account by exploring new platforms, formats, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, supporting junior colleagues, and improving processes.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for

  • Proven experience planning and activating global paid social campaigns at scale.
  • Strong technical knowledge of platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
  • Confidence working directly with clients and presenting recommendations clearly and calmly.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into practical actions.
  • A collaborative approach to working across teams and markets.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A curious, solution-focused attitude and a desire to keep learning.
