Job Title: Operations Manager – Global Operations Centre

Salary: £63,900 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
· You will provide leadership over a team of 20+ multi-functional and varied teams to provide outcomes to our customers operations
· You’ll work closely with the operational teams to support ongoing operational programmes
· You will cultivate and grow a highly dynamic team capability that delivers to the pace of the operational environment, maximising use of strategic partnerships and wider Global Operations Centre data analytics and technology initiatives
· Develop and drive a coherent Operating Model to ensure the Support and Service operational support output is integrated through into the Continuing Airworthiness environment
· Lead and chair the governance structure for a team of 100+ staff within the Global Operations Centre
· You’ll influence and support development of a continuous improvement and transformation programme to ensure cost effectiveness and productivity improvements across the Support and Services
· Influence and inform our operational insights strategy across the Support and Services organisation to exploit our Data and Analytics investments
· And you will engage with customers across service, company and geography boundaries to drive aligned utilisation of global Operations support capabilities
Your skills and experiences:
· Relevant STEM degree or equivalent experience
· Experience of Support Services and Operational environments
· Knowledge and experience of Integration, leading large and complex teams and projects
· Experience leading innovative approaches to solving complex technical, schedule and cost related problems through exploitation of multi-functional teams
· Ability to communicate and translate customer requirements and technological developments into coherent strategies and implementation plans

The Global Operations Centres Service team:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive to lead our Global Operations Centres Service team. This critical role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple capabilities and disciplines in a truly dynamic and fast faced area, supporting our operations centre and forming the nucleus of the Global CAMS initiative through deployment of a In Service Operations (Part M) leadership team. This role ensures the seamless delivery of the Support and Services out to our customers, with the direct oversight over all platforms, all contracts and all locations. The successful candidate will drive customer intimacy through a team of experienced Customer Service Managers, problem solve with oversight of a group of experienced In-Service Maintainers, knocking over varied and challenging In Service problems through a dedicated critical issue resolution team, whilst bringing our operational communities together and leading and fostering a global collaboration community via our User Group strategies.
