We're hiring for a Media Growth Project Manager as part of dentsu in London.

Purpose of the Role

The Media Growth Project Manager (also titled Business Development Manager) plays a central role in leading the end-to-end delivery of global, regional, and multi-market pitches, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence throughout. Through strong project management, stakeholder coordination skills, strategic research and insight, the role supports impactful business development initiatives that contribute directly to dentsu's overarching growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as a key partner to the Global Business Development Director, the role provides oversight and guidance to ensure that RFIs and RFPs are delivered to the highest standard, tailored to client needs and market dynamics.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Manage the development of comprehensive timing plans, scheduling of meetings, and coordination of key project milestones to guarantee smooth execution of pitches.
  • Support pitch teams by facilitating brainstorming sessions, managing logistics, organising rehearsals, and coordinating pitch theatre to ensure compelling presentations.
  • Ensure all content is appropriately categorised, stored, and easily accessible within the SharePoint hub.

Strategic and Competitive Research

  • Conduct detailed research on clients, prospects, and competitors to inform pitch strategies and add value to business development activities.
  • Provide strategic support by identifying and resourcing pitch teams to align with commercial propositions and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain clear communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and encouraging active involvement in strategic projects.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Strong Project Management skills: Exhibits excellent planning and organisational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
  • Substantial experience in Client Services within the Media Industry
  • Experience in end-to-end pitch processes, including market intelligence, analysis, management, and project pitch deliverables.
  • The ability to adapt and work in a pressurised - ever-changing environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders/markets
  • Strong communication skills
