In this interesting and diverse role, you'll be assisting efforts to drive operational excellence for the Client-User Identity and Access Management solution utilized by Deloitte clients to authenticate to Deloitte solutions.

The role focuses on DevOps, engineering and operations of Identity and Access Management related solutions that currently include ForgeRock, Azure AD and AWS.

In this role you will gain a deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the CIAM platform; assist with solving technical problems while working on platform technology initiatives; interact in a highly effective manner with other team members and management, drive innovation, and influence delivery and performance.

  • Proven experience with Operations of Mission Critical Software Infrastructure
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (SSO, SAML, OAUTH)
  • Experience in technical support, QA, or workflow support
  • Experience in Docker Container installation and configuration
  • Experience in Orchestrating the Dockers using Kubernetes.
  • Experience in Automating the complete installation and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience in working with Python, Shell scripting in automating end to end deployment.
  • Experience in working with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible in CI/CD pipeline.
  • Active participation in an Agile development process, including working closely with development and product/project management
  • Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
  • Setting up tools and required infrastructure
  • Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  • Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
  • Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
  • Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
  • Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis
  • Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
  • Experience working with version control software, ADO, GitHub
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation

Preferred

  • Azure DevOps/AWS experience
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent (experience)
  • Prior Big 4 experience
