Role Summary:
We are looking for a FP&A Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In this position you will lead the FP&A team in coordinating budget/forecast rounds, performance and management reporting.
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover to end in September 2026
Location: London, Lloyds Avenue (Hybrid)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the annual global budget process and forecast rounds. Key budget period September to November where the global budget will need to be delivered.
- Responsible for forecasting cash flow based on rolling forecast and assisting with covenant forecast
- Responsible for executive and board management reporting packs.
- Responsible for reporting Flash EBITDA and working closely across regions and group accounting team to ensure EBITDA close runs smoothly on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for delivery of budget for several executive cost centres, helping set budgets/forecasts ensuring performance is clearly reported and understood.
- Propose, develop and implement new performance KPI's.
- Develop budget/forecast tools and models, and integration into Hyperion.
- Provide financial modelling evaluation and due diligence to any M&A or investment opportunities.
- Develop best practice and continuous improvement of Excel tools and financial analysis methodologies.
- Process improvement; assess, scope and redefine existing processes under own initiative; with appropriate approvals where applicable.
- Mentorship of any junior analysts - FP&A team across countries.
Who You Are:
- Degree qualified or higher.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CFA etc) desirable but not essential.
- Intermediate/advanced understanding in accounting principles and investment fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and can produce statutory accounts.
- Articulating financial results to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Confident user of PowerPoint.
- Excel - intermediate to advanced (financial modelling - 3 statement + scenarios/sensitivities).
- Hyperion or similar reporting system experience.
- Could come from a variety of backgrounds, but must have experience guiding the business on financial. decisions, developing tools and models to enable performance evaluation and making a real-world impact.
- Has a track record in succeeding in ambiguous situations/environments.
- Likely from a business advisory background within professional services or group accounting/FP&A team within industry.
