Job Title: Global and Domestic Mobility Advisor

Location: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £26,826

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting operational tasks for both global and domestic relocations
  • Responsible for producing supporting documents for assignees and mobility requests
  • Creation of all letters, compensation statements, costings, and mobility packages for all types of assignments, secondments, and relocations
  • Managing business requests in line with agreed KPIs/SLAs, including all costing requests for BID activities, annual allowance, and salary reviews

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Administration experience, ideally within an HR or detail-oriented environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with software systems such as ServiceNow (SNOW) or SharePoint
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment
  • Knowledge of global and domestic mobility policies and processes
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices
